About Jen (JennyV?)

The name JennyV goes all the way back to second grade. There were eight Jennys in my classroom, and I needed a way to distinguish myself. “Jenny V.” stuck. In many ways, I’m still the same person today: curious, creative, and interested in what makes people and teams work well together.

My path has taken a few turns along the way. I’ve co-founded, grown, and exited a tech-based marketing research firm, helped build one of Indianapolis’s first co-working communities, and today co-own a yoga studio and retreat business. Across each of those experiences, one theme has remained constant: a focus on people. I’ve always been drawn to creating environments where individuals can do meaningful, high-impact work without losing their sense of balance, creativity, or connection.

That perspective now shapes my work through JennyV. I bring together my background in corporate strategy, systems thinking, and data with years of training in breathwork, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation. I’ve been fortunate to help build organizations recognized for putting people first—including Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces and Techpoint’s Mira Award for Tech Service of the Year.

Today, my work centers on helping leadership teams slow the cycle of urgency so they can think clearly, align around what matters, and move forward with intention. By combining strategic thinking with practical tools that support steadiness under pressure, I help teams build the capacity to make better decisions and work together more effectively. The goal isn’t just better strategy- it’s leadership that is both high-performing and sustainable.
